NACOS #1.05 Recognizing the Diffusion of Innovations Adopter Framework – Available (11/23/20)

Topic: How do congregations segment themselves related to a change? Understanding the five basic segments and their function in congregational differentiation. Diversity in response to any issue is likewise segmented in a bell curve distribution. The segments related to openness to adoption and adaptation in a group are: innovators (2.5%), early adopters (13.5%), early majority (34%), late majority (34%), and laggards (16%).
