OPW#5. Morning Prayer – The “4 S” Method: Silence

QUOTE 3. Silence – Stillness – Psalm 46:10 “Be still, and know that I am God.”
Matthew 11:28 Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me;
for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”What is the purpose of stillness?
How much silence do we need?
When do you need it?
Ralph W. Neighbour calls prayer “the Listening Room.”
