OPW#2.27 How can I use the mental model that Change requires management (not leadership), smooth operation in the comfort zone, slow pace (leaven) and new containers to succeed?

QUOTE 6. How then can change happen?
1. Good management (not leadership) keeps anxiety low while everything runs smoothly.
2. Start slow: Mat 13:33 He told them another parable. “The kingdom of heaven is like leaven which a woman took and hid in three measures of flour, till it was all leavened.”
3. Set up new environments: Luke 5:37 And no one puts new wine into old wineskins; if he does, the new wine will burst the skins and it will be spilled, and the skins will be destroyed. 38 But new wine must be put into fresh wineskins. 39 And no one after drinking old wine desires new; for he says, ‘The old is good.'”
