C. Inspired by John Wesley’s “Bands,” California church planter Neil Cole developed “Life Transformation Groups.”[1] LTGs are a tool for Sanctifying Grace; the Bands were designed for a higher level of commitment than the Methodist Class Meeting in which all participated. JUMP groups are an adaptation of LTGs for a United Methodist context.
