Exegesis:
There are four basic commands. Go. Baptized. Teach. All of these are a vocabulary form that indicates they are in support of the primary command, to make disciples. Once a person becomes a disciple, they become a better disciple by following the command in verse 20: teach them to observe all the commands of Jesus. This includes the command of the Great Commission itself, that they are likewise to repeat the pattern and make their own disciples.
S.O.W. QUESTIONS
S. What does it say?
O. What does it say that I need to obey?
W. Who needs to hear this? Generally? Specifically?

RESOURCES
What are the commands of Jesus Christ which we need to obey? In disciple-making, Jesus commanded the following in Matthew 28:20: “teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you…” What are the commands that we are to follow and teach others as identified by Jesus’ use of the imperative mood in the Greek?
